Daniel Rakowski was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and understood the issue immediately. We need to have a water heater moved in a tricky area for renovation and during the estimate process, Daniel detected issues left undone by the previous plumber. (It was Hiller, who also didn’t return my request for an estimate on this job. Grumble.) Daniel was great and he didn’t seem rushed, even though he surely must have been during a cold holiday season. I particularly appreciate that he took time to explain the mechanical and scheduling processes. This is especially important for unknown timing on insurance approval. What a fantastic first experience with a service company. Easy to make the appointment, and I was kept in the loop as Kellan headed our way. Kellan was polite and friendly, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. The price for the drain cleaning was definitely fair. I’ll certainly be giving Pipe Wrench a call the next time we need plumbing services.

When I was looking to have a water filter installed in our home I called a different company and they never answered the phone. I tried Pipe Wrench Plumbing and they immediately answered and booked me for a free consultation and estimate. The technician came on time and was very helpful. He not only assessed our needs and gave an estimate for the installation but found two issues with our plumbing which he informed us of and have us the option to have those fixed as well. He was very transparent and gave us options without being pushy. After choosing out options the scheduler got is booked for the very next day to complete the work despite it being an extensive job. I will update when the work is completed but I am very happy with our experience so far.
